Loan Amounts & Fee

Origination Fees. Lendix Financial Services Inc charges loan origination fees, which may be either a flat amount or a percentage of your loan amount. For loans between $2,500 and $10,000, a flat fee of $75 is charged as an administrative fee. For loans above $10,001, a 10% origination fee is applied. These fees will be listed as “Loan Origination Fee (Administration Fee)” and will be disclosed in your Loan and Security Agreement under the “Prepaid Finance Charges” section. 

Late Payment Fees. If a payment is not made in full within 10 days after it is due, you will be charged a late fee of 5% of the unpaid portion of the late payment. For loans exceeding $5,001.00, the maximum late fee is $50. For loans of $5,000.00 or less, the maximum late fee is $10.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fees. Lendix Financial Services Inc charges a $15 fee for any payment made by check or electronic ACH debit that is returned due to insufficient funds. These fees are commonly referred to as Non-Sufficient Funds or NSF fees.

Governmental Fees. Lendix Financial Services Inc charges fees associated with perfecting its lien on a motor vehicle’s certificate of title. Where allowed by law, these fees are passed through to customers without markup and in the same amount as charged by the state or county to Lendix Financial Services Inc.

Lendix Financial Services Inc offers auto loans ranging from $2,500 to $50,000. The following conditions and rates apply based on loan amounts:

• Loans between $2,500 and $5,000: 28.99% interest rate with a $75 administrative fee.
• Loans between $5,001 and $10,000: 24.99% interest rate with a $75 administrative fee.
• Loans above $10,001: 19.99% interest rate with a 10% origination fee.

Loan approval and terms are based on your ability to meet our credit requirements, including credit history and sufficient collateral. Applicants with strong qualifications may be eligible for larger loan amounts and/or lower interest rates.
